Privacy Policy
Last updated November 3, 2026
This policy explains what information Buena Vista Floral ("we", "us") collects through buenavistafloral.com, why, and the choices you have. In short: we collect only what we need to answer you and to keep the site running, and we never sell your information.
Information you give us
- Email and messages: if you email us or message us on Instagram, we receive your email address or account name and whatever you send.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: our hosting keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
- Site delivery: the site is delivered through Cloudflare, which handles each request to protect and speed up the site, and so processes technical details such as your IP address. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Fonts: the site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page opens. See Google's privacy policy.
- Cookies and tracking: the public pages don't set cookies, and the site doesn't use analytics or advertising tags. Only people who log in to edit the site get a login cookie.
How we use it
- To reply to you and provide the services you ask for.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it except with the services named above that help us run the site, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Messages and contact details are kept as long as needed to work with you and for normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information, and we'll do so unless we need to keep it for legal or business reasons.
Your choices
- Ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
